Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are free. At this time we only ship to the U.S. states.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) ordered please contact me thru the link ask a question.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If possible, re-pack the item securely in the original packaging material; do not allow items to move freely in the box. Be sure to use adequate cushioning; credits will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping. Include a copy of your invoice with your return. All returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Upon inspection of the returned merchandise a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be received in original condition; items returned in used, altered or damaged condition will not receive credit. Ship the return using insured, traceable mail, such as UPS Ground. Shipping/insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Returns that arrive C.O.D cannot be accepted. Returns must be received by us within 15 days of Return Authorization in order for a credit to be issued. Customers are soley responsible for the return shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will apply for any non defective non damaged items or refused orders.
